SQM© = Sunburst Quality
Management System

SQM© is a total quality management package, providing multiple
interactive modules specific to the Sunburst value proposition.

This custom designed, proprietary system exceeds Sunburst's ISO standard requirements, providing a complete on-line quality management system, fully integrated with both our ISO 9001:2008 and 13485:2003 guidelines.

SQM© simplifies the audit process by providing real-time, accurate information on-line. In addition, it communicates with our ERP and operational control systems for:

• product traceability
• Data Collection
• Continuous Improvement
• Supplier Management

Each module of SQM is stand-alone, allowing independent modules to be used without deployment of any other tools. This feature enables a common system for NPI, production and material quality reporting without the burden of data upkeep within portions of the system currently not in use for the project. Each module can also be implemented in any combination depending on customer or project requirements.
